You can't just switch state regos Philbo, its gotta go over the pits here to be eligible for WA state licensing. I had to do the same thing when I bought my Blackbird over with Queensland rego on it.
They're having a big crackdown on fender eliminators and other aftermarket parts right now, so best ...

Besides, I'll always have a soft spot for shorties cos thats what you used to see at the Bathurst Easter races as well ...

Going too low and making the engine labour isn't a good thing. 70 kph you should be looking to be just grabbing 3rd for comfortable riding. Plus you have some power there to get you out of a bad situation if you need it.

Re: G'day all
Thanks!
I've always wanted an old Zed ever since I saw Mad Max.
So this is a labour of love for me. Even if it is only the 500.
I think the next project is gonna be a 'Goose' replica though.

05 ZX10R engines and harnesses
So, heres the story.
I currently race an old 99 Yammie R6. Its been a nice ride, but its time to upgrade to something a little more modern. Theres a lovely 05 ZX10R I've got my eye on (and at a bargain price too!) which fits the bill very nicely indeed. Only problem is, the bike is a ex-Canadian ...

G'day all
Just wanna say a quick hi to everyone here. I'm rather noobish with all this so please bear with me :)
I'm currently in the process of restoring a Z500, ground up. Just had the frame redone, and rebuilt the front end. Rear shocks and assorted bits to go on soon. Then, the engine. I've been putting ...
