They are fine, a few people have issues with the service department and they've got a pretty big monopoly here in Canberra, but overall they've been good to deal with when buying bikes and parts for me. I don't know if the recent change in ownership will make any difference.

I picked up an S20 last year after riding with some mates who had them and realising I was missing out on a heap of what was going on.
It's important to get the helmet speakers setup right so they work properly, but you can also plug ear buds into them as well which i do on longer rides.

When I put the Tokico 6 potters back onto the race bike, I paired them up with a radial master cylinder off a 2005/2006 ZX6R as for those two years they were a 3/4" or 19mm, so move more fluid than some of the other radial m/c's which are smaller diameters.

Did you chuck new pads in as well? They can feel spongy until you've actually bedded them in.

I haven't had any concerns with the abs on the zed...no lack of feel and I was glad the one time it did cut in.
