Noob Alert!!!

Postby wazza1234 » Sun Dec 11, 2005 4:30 pm

Hey dudes!!

Just convinced the missus I need a bike, which, don't we all? ;)

Picked up a 98 model GPX250r and am currently in the process of getting licenced for it and its bigger brothers. Always been a big fan of the kawasaki's and now I got myself one...WOOHOO!!!! Certainly beats the scooter I was riding (how embarrassing  )

Its excellent to see all the support form the riding community here and at other places I have seen, its like an eliteist (spelling??!?) club membership.

Look forward to participating in the forums and increasing my knowledge of my bike and riding practices. I would also like to eventually go to track days and day trips with people when I am more confident on 2 wheels.

For those who are interested, I am from Toowoomba in QLD (west of brissy) and work about 30km further west as an Engineer for a smallish manufacturing company.

Welcome Wazza.. Don't listen to them, the scooter rocks

BTW: The oil leak is a roadworthy issue, they will fix it.
