The key update is the one that says "has the SAME awsome hp and meets the Euro 111 emission regs."..

Its growing on me, still hate the pipes, but I won't be updating....

I think they got it wrong this time. Tiny eyes and fat ass is not the way to go! I still drool on the 05 model. Not that I can have one anytime soon anyway

Well ive decided, after at least 24 hours of total obsessing, im going to pop down to boltons (local kwaka dealer) and am going to put a deposit on one.

and as much as the black gets me hard, i think the shot of the green one on a race stand is possibly the horniest bike ive seen in ages.

Nice to see the big K go for something a bit different with the design.

now i just gotta work out if im keeping the 7r aswell, would make a great track day bike... hmmm

love the kwakas!

Nah... I guess it does seem better after looking at it for a while... that said, I'm still reserving my right to change my initial decision till I see it in the flesh.

Think I might be waiting for 2008 myself...

The way things are going design-wise I think I'll stay old-fashioned.

Well its certainly stirred up a lot of interest, as evident by the 5 pages in @2 days :P .
I dont mind the Bum holes, i reckon 2 smaller diameter cans would dissapate heat better then a single one, under the seat where it would get less Aircooling, besides i always hated the single underseat zorsts. I agree the zorst covers look a bit tacky but i'm sure aftermarket pipes would scrub the rear end up a treat.
Love the tank styling looks like the 05 636, only bit that really will take some getting used too, is those tiny headlight slits. Makes it look fat & flat from front on.
Oh btw what do they mean by a bigger real wheel/tyre ? They had a 200 fitted didnt they ?.

Will have to see it in the flesh but mcnews seemed to have it covered from all angles, they made it hard to remove the cat converters they are buried deep in the plumbing and a couple of nice yoshis would look way better than those yuck brown pipes and mabe some carbon heatsheilds.

I am not in the market for a new bike at the moment either so i will have to be satisfied with just looking.

If they have the whole power to the ground thing sorted instead of the thing wanting to wheelie and wheelspin all over the place that may well help sales (I havnt tried the 04 but they tell me this is how it is).

Ohh and the ohlins damper is a good thing too. :D :D
If I rode my bike at the speed of light, what would happen when I switched on its headlights?

I don't like the actuall shape of the headlights, but I think they are way better being small, and using the projector beam type rocks. I always thought that the Kwaka sportsbike lights were too big these last couple of years.

Its not the actual light itself, it is how they positioned them, that UGLY ram air scoop is the problem, Makes the lights look small and the front look like it needs a diet.
They should go back to pre 03 lights and scoops of the 6,9 and current 12R IMO, at least design something simular, I mean it is just getting uglier with some of these bikes these days. :?
