As the title suggests I'm wondering if a ZX7r motor is the same as a ZXR750L motor and if therefore if it'll slot straight into a ZXR750L frame?
$1500 for a rebuild on my ZXR motor or $400 for a motor from a ZX7R spares bike!

No, a ZX7 engine does not fit into a ZXR L frame - I've tried it.
