thats the rub - the frame only has a hole on 1 side - on the other side, the end of the pivot bolt has a clamp that bolts over the pivot bolt and onto the frame

its nothing at all like the beam-frames, its old-school steel tube. If I bored this out 6mm, the clamp would only be 3 or 4mm thick
Its no real biggy, I just have to go about the conversion a little differently than how you have done yours. The best part about the conversion is that the ZX10 swingarm pretty much slides into the GPz frame easily - the pivot-section is almost identical in width to the GPz swingarm......
One other thing I have to do - is off-set the linkages, as the 1100 frame had the shock smack in the middle of the frame, not offset to the left like on a 10. This is a fairly easy job as well.....
