Not sure why that would be?
Longer stroke = more torque = better rideability.
Sure this kit has a big bore kit as well which is going to throw even more fat on the fire when you roll the snag, but it should be rideable?
My main concern for stroker kits is they affect the rod:stroke ratio - twice! (Rod gets shorter AND stroke gets longer.) This has to affect the long term durability. Maybe this reduced time-between-overhauls is why you said it's not for street use?
