wat bout the zx10 06
Smitty wrote:I dunno why people complain about fuel consumption... you do NOT buy a 12 for fuel economy or rear tyre lifebut still my 2001 12R only sniffs the 98 Premium on a 300km tank so I cannot complain . Gos says the earlier 6pottters are poor brakes but with decent pads and new fluids I have no complaints with them on my A model
(just who DOES stoppies on a 12 f'gawdssake)
just buy one..the 12 is a great bike

It would be best getting an 04 and up as it is the most refined, they are a great bike set up write!however the 03 had a lot of the origonal problems solved.Don't go a 00/01 unless it has been fixed allready.

03 ZX12Rs had problems and so did the 00/01 models ....which needed fixing????
not aware of any major issues with any of the ZX12 models...and my '01 model has never needed fixing in any way
its gets serviced (oil filter etc) and other bits replaced (eg brake pads tyres) as needed . Otherwise, its always been
turn the key and enjoy the ride
