Looks like stripping everything apart AGAIN this long weekend!! Well the good thing out of this is that my KTM640 is getting some much loved riding time!!

ALL SORTED!!! It was a pain in the arse to identify, but it was a combination of 2 things - starter soleniod and a freyed wire near the battery. 2 strands of copper was all it took to give me this head ache!! Thanks for all of the advice. Back on the road again!!

good to hear mate - electrical problems are usually easy to fix, but hard to find.......
