What would you buy?

Postby red_dave » Fri May 04, 2012 2:06 pm

Hey peeps...

I'm slowly coming to terms with thought that i may not ever see my beloved Hilux again. :(

Problem is, i have no idea what i would buy should the insurance company pay it out. dontknow.gif

SO, If you had $40-$50k to buy a car, what would you get and why?

Is it less than 2yrs old?...Should be new for old with the Insurance mob.
If you liked it so much surely you'd replace with another Lux :kuda:

This isnt "what would you bu if you were me"...

I wanna know what you would buy for yourself, for that budget.

Only Firey and Blurr have answered the question properly...

Now I understand why he loved it so much.
Wouldn't mind a TRD front bumper for mine...They look heaps better than the standard
Hope they find it soon Dave..Hopefully the scumbags are in it when they do find it and get what they deserve.

Great wall 4x4 ute :kuda:

honestly, I was looking at start of year because of the bingle i was in with my falc, my next vehicle had to be able to go off road so a 4x4 with a transfer case, be able to tow a decent amount 1.8t or more, preferrably turbo diesel, because fuel prices were getting high. and have 4 doors was over a 2 door, but loved the practicality of a ute, so i was basically looking at ford ranger, navara, triton, grand vitara i know its not a ute but there nimble cheap to run and have no faults. if i want to go fast i have the bike so performance cars were out of the question, hope this helps dave. sit down think what YOU need from a vehicle and then look at what is availabe and what it will be used for.

good luck on the lux
