I just bought a 94 ZXR 750 for my g/f, had a low speed drop & trowelled the fairings & h'light, structurally & cosmetics wise it's A1 other than the damaged plastic. It is a genuine 2 owner bike with 36k on the clock & I paid $1200 for it, it needs chain & sprockets, headstock bearings, a rear disc & a Streetfighter headlight. A good mate recently paid $600 for a 95 model ZXR in good overall condition but with a similar engine problem to the one you looked at.
Make of that information what you will but I'd say the one you're looking at is a tad overpriced.
Ex T.K.A. ZXR 750 RR
ZXR 7/9 L3 Streetfighter
ZX9 C Trackbike - ex Maccarocks & Slow & Wobbly... still a weapon!

Plus a ZX7 & a few ZXR Ls & ZX9 Bs & Cs in various stages of completion.
