On channel 10 - sunday night/monday morning:
PROGRAM: Moto GP
EPISODE: Round 7 - Rio - Brazil
GENRE: Sport
DATE: 05 July 2004
START TIME: 1:00 AM
DURATION: 3hrs
I've heard that the foxtel coverage is from 12am till 4am monday morning too!
Does that mean Ch10 is actually going to be live?

perhaps not.
some channels - 10 in particular - have been known to delay things an hour so they can re-package, or re-air it their own way. So while it's on at almost the same time as the event, it isn't live.
I hope they don't do this - but I wouldn't be suprised. I would've expected that if it were live on ch10 that it would start at 12am same as foxtel's coverage.
All that is assuming, of course, that what I heard about the foxtel coverage is correct.

As did my ol man (Use to do all Tassal's smoked salmon with another person). And I used to work there myself... So I like it, but i can live without not having it all the time... hehehe
Channel 10's website is still showing it as 1am - see http://www.ten.com.au/programGuide.aspx?section=programGuide.
However, John Saller has been emailing the KSRC group updates from the MotoGP site that race times are changing.
I don't know how that's going to affect the free-to-air schedule. I don't know how Ch10 will advertise any changes either.
