Continue the ER6 custom headlight... Already mould the ER6n cowl... A few projector light to fit in...

Emmm... not feeling well. Got flu and fever. Not yet completed the new headlight. Managed to complete the ZRX1200 Belly Pan project. Now under paintwork process.

Some process on molding the chain cover and attach it with custom hugger...




The chain cover molded... the original seem not affected at all...




Modify the Z750 hugger and make it little bigger and rounded shape...




Try hooked it to the Z1000... quite nice even not yet completed...




Prototype... Mold... dan Hugger is ready...




Ready to be installed to the Z1000 08/09...
