How far is it from Melbourne ?

I would have guessed 500-550km, but whereis.com.au gave me 530km, so not a bad guess actually.

Probably back up to CP, although now we are more familiar with the area have picked a couple of new spots, which should yield better pix. We will also be heading around Cbr to get some at some stage. The beauty of CP is that it is a dead end road, so traffic is minimal and the roads are in sensational condition. So it is easy to ensure you have clean runs with no traffic.
