I am not strictly new but I think in twelve months I've only popped in here once for some advice when I got a hole in my radiator of a ZZR I had bought. So I thought I should re-introduce myself as not long after that the 1100 found a new home and I bought a Suzuki Bandit. The Bandit has moved on and I tried on a couple of sports bikes but found them too uncomfortable and then I a stumbled on a 2002 ZZR1200 for a very good price and I couldnt say no to the big black beast. Still learning to ride the ZZR as the straights on Mac pass that I knew quite well from the Bandit seem a whole lot shorter on the ZZR and its no lightweight through the corners. But I love how this thing howls
when you open it up and the carbs start sucking the good stuff down.I am pretty happy with the bike as it stands and only plan to add a rack and some risers when I find them but I am open to advice so if you've got some points on improving the 1200 let me know.
