Well .. today is the day . . :D

Its now been 12 Weeks since the last drag.

I have officially QUIT SMOKING !!!!! :kuda: :kuda: :kuda: :kuda:

AND IM NOT GOING BACK TO IT :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Keep it up you lot ... and to all those thinking about it ... JUST BLOODY DO IT ... dont wait til its too late ;)

And on the seventh day Richo ended his work which he had made. Decided resting was for soft cox, straddled the REX and headed up the old road.
