gpz 750 turbo

just bot the gpz 750 turbo and just wondering if anyone have a gpz 1100 throttle bodies for sale thanks.

If you find some, make sure you get the later DFI bodies from the '82-'84 model 1100's (B2, A1 - A4), not the earlier EFI bodies from the '81 model GPz1100B1. Old injectors can be removed and cleaned in an ultrasonic bath at any Bosch Dynotune outlet, and get new OEM injector-body O-rings.

got the throttle bodies and wiseco 810 piston cit,barnett clutch cit and some other bits. just need more money and i should be OK lol

just watch the static compression ratio with that 810 kit mate - you don't want the cr up too high with a hairdryer fitted.

should be OK cos they r specially made for the hairdryer model plus I'm thinking off using a copper head gasket :kuda:

cool ! I think the static c/r in the 750 Turbo was a bit under 8:1.

These are a great bike to ride, but watch them in the twisty stuff. The turbo lag in the 750 was the best of all the jap bikes, but under 6grand, the response is pretty doughy....not really a bike for tight twisty stuff, but excellent for big open sweeping roads. I rode one in late '84 quite a bit, a good mate owned one and I managed to blag more than the odd ride on his bike ! :lol: it was heaps of fun .....

The company I'm using for transport is Craters and Freighters and the cost is around $1000us :kuda:

nice bike Ivan must have a good missus to let u buy these toys :lol: also amazing how you can freight somthing from half way around the world for us1000 dollars where in some cases it would cost that to get half way across Australia.WELL DONE. :)
