Well been busy but have managed to progress to the stage that she is ready for some track action to see what need doing. Not going to paint the race glass as I have run out of time.

Progress:
New brake pads (peace of mind more than required)
Some new boots - Metzeler Racetec Interact Track Days
Race Glass (obviously) but have left off tail bit as too hard to mount as I will have to make up some brackets :(

Don't intend to devo, this is just to have a ride and discover a bit about it, besides i'm getting too old and the pain takes sooooo much longer to heal these days... :D
But then again I'm a bit of a hoon from way, way back and thats why I got a tracky.

Secret is the balance between death wish and chicken factor. I learnt a lot from my first track day, mostly how little I know about riding fast in general and specially on a track and learning to trust the tyres...so much different to going fast on 4 wheels. The thing I love, like most I suppose is the lack of traffic in the opposite direction and things that want to jump out and hurt you.

Well decided, seeing that the exchange rate is so good, to part with some hard earned and put a couple of extra bits on the tracky.

First was a score from ebay...bit pricey at $1.04...hehehe and yes I will put a decent mounting bolt in it when I get to town.
