Building your own motorbike work bench?

Does anyone have the plans available that they are willing to share on how to build your own hydraulic or pneumatic operated work bench??

I want to build my own, unless it's cheaper and easier to buy one.

Can anyone help me out?

arc welding.. poor (could do it to save my self that's about it)

mig (which I own - gasless) not too bad. I can get a good bead.

I figured there would be lost of cutting, welding, grinding and painting.

How often would it get used ?

The following idea from another forum I frequent was to put the bike up on Front & Rear stands and build one slightly below it :kuda:

The Molnar single phase belly lift works very well but that's just showing off I guess :lol: :lol: :lol:
