I do know actually - we had to do similar for Karate ;)
Still - I think at most 50 situps and crunches, and push-ups every other day is enough when you're not forced ;)
And I'm not even managing that 50 yet  close though

break it up!!! do 2 to 3 sets of 30-40reps of each pushup, crunch and situps. Easier then slogging it all out.

Got to get on my rower/bike, for some cardio.

isnt the idea to keep the heart rate up? :?

As long as you do each back to back then that should be fine but inserting a long pause in between each excercise causes your lactic acid to drop along with your heart rate thus reducing the effectiveness

Well i"ve had my first gain since i started

Added 1.1kg's this week and i'm not happy about it. So thats me back to 97.4kg's.

Recently got diagnosed with crohns disease and the tablets for that have a side effect of weight gain and water retention so i reckon thats what the problem is.

One good thing to come of it though is i fitted into a 34" pair of shorts today. I was buying them to give myself a goal to aim for and fook me they fitted :-)

Increasing my gym rate to every 2 dyas and i start soccer training this week as well.

Well done everyone - I've updated the spreadsheet with the figures for this week.

I'm back to 109 (pre EC hot dog, rack of roasted suckling pork and Belgium waffles and a few beers).

wullieb1 - meds that affect weight really suck. I hope it all works out for you.

damn - that's bad, no cure, can only treat symptoms - those sorts of illnesses really suck
I hope the meds do help, but I guess you've got an uphill battle now :(

102kg down 2.2kg in 4 weeks. That'll do for starters 550g per week sustained.

Now for the next 4 weeks ;)
