NSW Exhaust Noise Laws...

On Wednesday March2nd a sitting of the NSW parliment voted 22 to
17 in favour of the motion to disallow the "retrospective exhaust
sticker law"(my wording as theirs is not so clear).

THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT OPERATIONS (NOISE CONTROL)
AMENDMENT (MOTOR CYCLE NOISE CONTROL EQUIPMENT) REGULATION 2004

Overly noisy exhausts will still be targetted, but they can no
longer ping you for not having a sticker on your exhaust.
Sanity prevails........

Isn't it about time they target those annoying little twats in WRX's with stupidly loud exhausts for no reason, and left those of us with a good reason alone?

yeah but the christmas eve law on the stickers is still very much in the air, the latest round by the MCC still really goes no where
