Sorry to add to two bob a bit late but I will anyway :D

The best method of comparison would be kg's of fat lost (multiply your weight by your bodyfat %) as a straight weight comparison would only give net weight lost as you may lose 10kg of fat but gain 5kg of muscle and therefore only have a "weight" lose of 5kg.

Here's some info I posted earlier in the year, mainly about track fitness but may contain some useful info for someone.

Happy to sell anyone a treadmill, bike or whatever you want, at a great price of course :kuda:

I had to buy new batteries for the scales. Yes it's that long since I've been on them.

Apparently I weight, "Get off you fat bastard".

Seriously weighed in at 92.5Kg - target weight is 80kg.

I missed this thread - I'm in.
Wayne - were you starting up another thread for results? (I can't be bothered re-reading  )
My starting weight is 105kg, waist 40inches.
Target is 90kg and <36inches.

Week 1: rearranged lounge room and moved treadmill to more assessible location. Lifted some 4kg weights last night for 5minutes whilst watching Home and Away. Weight in is tonight........BEFORE I go out for a big pasta dinner ;)

Plans for Week 2: take back protectors, gloves, jackets and all other bike relate crap off top of treadmill to actually be able to use it!
