Guess night riding works because it's the only time I can practice at the moment.

Spent a lot of time night riding the first year I had the bike. Much less stressful. Also found a quiet little car park and I didn't feel a dork riding there when no one could see.

Your stuck with the addiction. Sorry.

And on the seventh day Richo ended his work which he had made. Decided resting was for soft cox, straddled the REX and headed up the old road.
And it was good

DBT leathers did an excellent job on repairing my torn leathers last year. I have heard good things about Irena, you will find her on NSWRATS, I didn't use her as the city was a pain to get leathers to.

I wouldn't dish the draggin jeans completely, was riding with a friend along waterfall way about a year ago when he hit some grease and went for a slide. Couldn't even tell he had slid on his arse, textile jacket got ripped.

It really depends on the way you go down. Last year I tore through my leathers as I only slid on my left cheek, leg got caught under the bike after I put my hands down to slow me down, boots are still being used even though the bike was using it and my leg as a buffer to the road. Any protection is better then none I say.

I still ride in draggin jeans and a textile jacket in Summer, too farkin hot for me in summer to ride in leathers, so leathers are for spring, winter and autumn.

Nick.

Yeah it's funny how many varied stories I hear about the draggin jeans but I think what I will do is when I get into serious riding (might be awhile as am still cruising my lil hubble of streets) then I'll get into the leather pants and the draggen ones for now I have my leather jacket, it's got all the armour in it so it's sweet, just yeah gotta get the neck fixed and it will be peferct by will probably do it locally place Richo advised.

This forum I must say is awsome so many awesome people with mad ass advice, it's so bad I swear I play around on here more than I do the work I should be doing that is paying me to have fun with the bike, he, he, he.
