The meal consisted of 2 main courses only, first up Chicken Schnitzel with Camenbert and Garlic Mayonaise and a mixed lettuce baby spinach salad with roasted pumpkin, haloumi cheese and balsamic dressing.
Then to follow that up was my famous chilli beef with steamed rice.
No dessert was needed as there was simply no room.
Which reminds me..............................................cutlets ?
