My New ZX7R Skin **NEW PICS**

Postby dutchy » Tue Mar 17, 2009 3:48 pm

I've been busy the last couple of weeks. It all started with a pic i photoshopped a couple of months ago to see how it'd come up and then i thought i'd take the leap and have a crack it. this is the result.

My first spray gun experiance. I learn't a bit while doing it but not enough to get a "proffessional" finish, but thats why its a trade i guess!!
She looks pretty darn good if you have a gander at her, (but if you creep up real close you'll see the finish has all the texture of an old golf ball).
I exaggerate a little, it aint that bad.

I'm just waiting to apply some decals some nice bloke is going to help me with ;) , a couple of kuda's, and maybe eventually a new tankpad. :kuda:
more pics when its labelled.

TA DAAAA!

So when are you going to paint the race glass? Just kidding, it looks pretty good, especially for a home job. Did you paint it with 2pac?

2K needs a heap of practice to get right, there is a real art to using it, not to mention that you really need a spray booth to use it leagally

Looks awesome dutch! 8)

I didn't think I liked white bikes originally, but they have really grown on me.

Good stuff! :D

Gee, I'd hate to see your shed if it was really dirty, it's cleaner than some houses I've seen

Love the organised bench, even the lids nailed on and the bottled then screw on, very nice 8)

I'm going to make myself a bike stand/workbench, now I've got one to copy off :kuda:
