Does it feel like the quality is reasonable? For $111 delivered I wouldn't expect much, but you've gotta ask ;)

Seems just like the real thing to me.
Comfortable and smells of Leather and has Genuine Tags inside, not that that means jack shit.
If anyone at Phillip Island has seen an original they can give their opinion because I'll be wearing it baby :kuda:

as long as the leather is a good thickness and the stitching has good binding, you can't go wrong.

I thikn i call my Alpinestars having a "Made in China" tag on it, the chinese pretty much make EVERYTHING now days cause of the cheap labour. So its not the quality that is bad, its just we are all led to believe that if it doesn't carry the "premium" price tag, then its low quality!

Thanks Middle man!

Thanks saki I feel much better now and the pricks at joe rocket didn't answer my "genuine" question anyway.
If they aren't interested why should I be!

The Chinese can make high quality stuff, when the company they're making it for pays for a high standard and enforces it.

It is "leather", but it's PU Leather.
I'm looking at this one myself! (Same as yours, sorry to copy, but IMHO is the best design).
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/KAWASAKI-JOE-ROC ... .m14.l1262

Wiki will hook you up when it comes to "down to earth explanation"... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PU_leather
Basically I think it has SIMILAR properties to "real leather", but is easier to manufacture, and not QUITE the real thing, but for $149 delivered, who cares! It gives me an alternative jacket that I'll still feel safe in!

Exacly the same as mine but more expensive!
Same store, but demand must be up so as usual the greedy pricks put the prices up!
