Hey there peoples

Postby jakam04 » Mon Oct 22, 2007 10:41 am

My name is Jarrod. I currently reside in Brisbane but only for the next week when I then move to Perth. I have recently purchased a damaged 01 ZX9 which I am in the middle of prepping to return to road use. Luckily for me there is minimal damage. I have another bike but wont mention what it is as its not green.... it is however been highly modified into a Streetfighter style (no, not just bars and a crappy dirtbike headlight... a lot more mods than that lol)

I was directed to this site by a few good friends who said there was an abundance of expert like knowledge on all things green so I may occasionally request some knowledge as I move towards getting ZX9 back on road.

This is what the ZX9 looks like for now.

This is what it looked like when I collected the bike a week ago.

The other bike I mentioned before....

Hope to catch up or chat to you all soon.

Close.... Its the standard 95 GSXR1100 braced swingarm... belongs to the bike which started out as a stock GSXR1100WS. Yes, subframe is an 04-06 R1. Well done :D

The bottle is actually my Radiator Reservoir... didnt have the room in tail section for reservoir.

Jarrod

p.s. still in two minds whether ZX9 will go back to standard or be tweaked to something else..... (wife says back to standard....)
