The Flu.

Postby Strika » Mon Apr 30, 2007 6:56 pm

It's been through every other member of our house in hte past two weeks and now it's my turn. Started feeling off on Thursday, hit me friday, downhill sat worse sunday and last night, just starting to feel a little more human now in time for work again tomorrow! :?

I havn't been for a ride or gone to pick up my new bike or anyfink!!!!! :(

I missed dangerous dave's bucks do yesterday, and dinner with friends friday night too. And as it is dangerous Dave's Wedding on Sat, then no riding for Strika this weekend either! :x It's prolly a good thing, the 9 already has 75,000klms on it now!

So most likely apart from picking up the Beemer one night this week, I won't be riding till I head to Sydney on the 12th! Man that's gunna be like 4 weeks nearly! :x

Anyhoo, I havn't had a flu for a while, so it was prolly due. If you get it it's a cracker! I've been tucked up in my PJ's, Moccies and dressing gown for four days so far!!!!

Yep it has been doing the rounds at work and I somehow skilfully avoided it...until I went to SA and dared to relax(that'll teach me!) and now it has hit with a vengeance

Not for me RD!! I can't touch that stuff...unfortunately! :x So I have to stick with even more natural and herbal remedies!

And it's a coffee maker mate...not a soup dispenser! I could always strap a microwave to it! Wouldthe alternator power it???
