New 07 Z1000

Postby KLR » Mon Apr 23, 2007 9:40 pm

Had the bike in for a service today at Pro Kawasaki at Springwood, arrived to pick it up in the late afternoon and two brand new 07 Z1000's had arrived only 30mins earlier.

All I can say is WOW, it is an amazing looking machine. Sat on it and the seating position is awesome, wider bars than the old model and just overall amazing.

Do yourself a favour and have a look!!!

:D :D Yup, two black Z1000's would look pretty SEXY! :) Realistically I have to wait until next year to get a new bike, but hey, I have to start test-riding sooner or later!
Cheers,
Anne

Ye was in there yesterday aswell, and sat on the black one, which in my opinion is the one to get :) not sure if it is good for a pillion though. As you know I have to look at those things, they said they will have a demo there by the weekend, I would have to go on a test ride with Kerry on it aswell, I don't know if they will allow that though, the one thing I really like on the new bike is the anologue tacho, but then I'm a bit old school, I would say that you will have to replace the front forks and rear shock, as they only have ajustable rebound damping, maybe a screen. :?:

Yeah the pillion seat was a shocker..
the funniest thing i noticed was the orange bike had a black seat and silver forks, while the black bike had a silver seat and gold forks..

And that screen wouldn't do much at all

Not in a million years :)

It's still a tiny bit possessed, but apart from that it's bloody fantastic :D
