I take my hat off to ya mate (if was wearing one) i know how hard it is to lose it. Was 104 kg last september now i'm 90kg and pretty lean. Took hard work and discipline to do it too.

I think last week the bad outweighed the good...

but I still lost .1 of a kg... so I cant complain...

Starting weight: 136.4 (june 13, 2006)
Current weight : 99.8
Lost this week .1kg
Total weight lost: 36.6kg

Next milestone 40kg total loss (3.4kg away)

At the MotoGP I put on .2 of a kg :( but considering the drinking, eating, drinking eating....... I was really happy with that! lol

crap.. haha i have to get into some of this now...

what excercise do you do? plenty of walking mainly? just asking cause im not rich enough to join a gym, but i have about 2-3 kilometres of walking avaliable through university - the shops.


and then theres work!


edit: and as for my stats :oops: :oops: :oops:

6'2, went from 90kg... then i tore my back muscle.. and through muscle building to recover... and being a lazy ass... i went up to 104 :x

id like to get back to 90... ideally 85.

Well.... I should do Ok this week.... I mostly behaved myself.... got to the gym twice and went for 2x 1hr walks.....
