Hoffy, It aint a cat it is a spark arrester so I am told, if it protrudes from the pipe cut the end off with a pipe cutter may not crush then.

Hey as the honda contigent has pointed out the cat might be mascarading (sp) as a spark arrester rowwww!
kinda makes sense but it still looks feckin restrictive!
