Postby SenNey » Sun Nov 19, 2006 7:27 pm

McHappy Day

Did you know that if you buy a Big Mac meal $1 does not go towards the donation.

Only if you buy a Big Mac on it's own!!!

Tight arsed bastards!!!

By the way They raised 1.7million could have got more if all people knew the above.

Are you sure that's true and not just maccas bashing?

On the ads they say 'every big mac sold'
and I'm sure there's no small print saying meals not included.
Would have thought they'd be more careful than to advertise falsely.

oh and did you know the shakes are made out of pigs fat!
and the fryers are full of pens (well it only happened a few times ;) )

Let's not forget ..........They raised $1.7 million ...... wouldn't exactly call that peanuts...... I have friends who stayed at Ronald McDonald house while their young girl was receiving Chemotherapy..... please don't judge too quickly.

When i ordered the girl said meals do not go towards sales. (Big Mac meal)
I asked to speak to the manager, he confirmed it.

1.7 million was raised with big macs AND donations.
So not all off the funds came from the sale of Big Macs.

The Ronald McDonald house is a FABULOUS place and a much needed one at that.

It's the way the Mc Happy day is done, that is a seperate issue :(
