Its pretty easy, about a 3 beer job.
A set of plates is about $100 to $150..

Check the thickness as it may be the springs..
Springs are about $50..

It could also be glazing of the steel plates.. To fix this scuff em up on some rough sandpaper.

I ran Barnett Springs and Goodridge plates in mine..
Before I put the Barnett springs in it would slip in 4th and everything was still well within tolerance..

I did mine twice when I had my zx9 twice. Got stiffer springs the second time. Drag racing on wednesdays killed them.
Like madkaw said it's a 3 beer job, that's if you drink fast too.
Just remember to soak the fibre plates in a bucket of oil the night before you start :D

You've adjusted the tension down at the block mate ?.

After the radiator repair last week the cable was run differently so yesterday after i discovered slippage at the bottom adjuster i releived the tension. And took up the cable slack at the top adjuster. Is that what you ment ponti ???

Try the other way soften the cable at the level & tension it up at the bottom.
Not sure with the 9 but there's a cam adjuster under the clutch cover on the fzzr that moved the tension as well.

I've just finished a night shift so bare with a little if i've got it back ta front.

But i reckon if you haven't done so you can fix it without needed a new clutch.

definately pull the plates out and measure them. mine was slipping pretty badly but the plates all looked brand new. everything measured within spec too. fixed it by shimming the springs with some washers, no more slip 8)
if your going to kill a bronze, you gotta do it BIG!
