Replace triple clamp or not?

on my triple clamp the screw hole that lines up the clip on is brocken.
the thread hole jas slpit in half and the screw gone (low side spun my clip on back).
My question is should i replace the triple clamp or not worry about this little screw and just move the clip on back to its orignal place?
this is on a 2006 zx6r.

Just move it back.

I wouldn't bother replacing it, just make sure the clip on is tight
