Hey daffy I had that footage as well but it turned out to be a fake. BTW ball ammo will make a pretty good mess of you even at extended range, esp when its a half inch in dia, remember it was designed to take out aircraft back in the day.
A standard 5.56mm round is already very destructive, we only see the front of the target, you'll be surprise what comes out on the other side.
Some snipers use 7.62mm round because 5.56mm can't reach the distance.
