Anyone after a zx6r trackie?

Postby mick_dundee » Mon Oct 16, 2006 5:01 pm

Bike that looks pretty schmicko and was sold as a repairable writeoff turns out to be a stat writeoff, so good for a trackbike only alas.

I've seen that bike and I haven't got a clue why its a stat write off ?
bit pricey at 6k minus the road fairings.....that's how good it is, they want to keep the fairings to sell seperate !!
I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.

One theory is it was perhaps stolen so they give it a stat writeoff evidently. It was actually sold to a bloke as a repairable, he reapired it, then found it couldn't register it so hit the insurance company for his money back plus his time and work.

How much Mick
It'd nearly be cheaping for me to keep my own bike down there for the track at the cost of the last visit
And tell us more and how you are involved in it
Im intrigued if nothing else :)
Just because you CAN ride, doesn't mean you SHOULD
