Morning after the first session with the trainer. All I can say is ouch! But I feel a hell of a lot better for having done it.

Its probably feeling much better now...

I used to be a gym junky back in the day..... And you will find that the first 3 weeks suck... after that it gets pretty addictive....

By the way, depending on the muscle group, I have found that it is the SECOND day the really hurts :) Specially legs and arms.... and the small muscle groups...

In any case, it is Tuesday again.... I have been super good this week, except for the time I got hoodwinked (yes! Hoodwinked) into drinking at Casa Del Rossi....

I was wearing one of my favourite shirts yesterday, and it looked as if I was wearing a tent..... No shit, It looked as if I could fit another person in there with me..... None of my t-shirts fit me any more.... and I am rapidly running out of clothes....

I am making do with free promotional t-shirts and shirts that I have collected over the years LOL....

This morning I found myself looking (once again) for a belt hole that didnt exist... So far I have gone down... uhm.... 5 or so belt holes..... I ran out a while ago and had to add a new one... It might be time again....

So, fingers crossed, I hope I will do well tonight...

In any case, I put on .3kg this week... so not TOOO much damage..

This week I am aiming for 2kg loss.... Because with the whole motogp, birthday, party thing I have been really slack

Hardest task.... not to drink all weekend.....

actually mate it WOULD...i have been slack since GP..drinking...not going to gym or riding bike... and i been coping shit at work "geez ur putting on weight again"....

This week should be ok'ish

I have been pretty good.... almost no drinking, watching what I eat, and plenty of excersize.... I will be disapointed if I dont at least get a 1.5.... But hey.... We will have to see....
