Anyone seen this movie yet?
It's about global warming, more of a documentary actually and I think everyone should see it.

Keen to see it myself, this is the Gore flick right? Actually a bit of a fan of his, I really couldn't believe it when the Septics voted in Dumb Dubya over him. Maybe they deserve their fate, but still I can't help but feel sorry for them.

As always I will have to wait for it to come out on video though.

I saw the interview he did on enough rope, that alone was enough to convince me that either americans are idiots, george v1 had bought the election, or they really really can't count & get confused about chads.

was an awesome interview

Just be aware however, that the majority of Gores campaign funding came from the same large oil companies who he claims are producing over 20% of the worlds greenhouse gas emissions!!!!!!!! Why hasn't he taken them to task also in his flick?????? Even with Gore's so-called non-bias film making their is bias!!!!

Whilst I am sure that he ain't even close to perfect (he IS a polititian after all) I can't think of anyone much worse to run America (and therefore, us) than Dubya. However that is starting to sound political, and this is against the rules, so I will now go back to telling evreyone how much I want a new 10.

No surprises there considering that most of the oil companies have controlling influences over green technology 'BP solar' comes to mind...

Besides, Isn't he an ex-pollie? Don't you know when his ilk are lying because their lips move???

I think Dennis Leary coined it perfectly, singing his song about the American Dream...

"I'm gonna get myself a 1967 Cadaliac Eldarado Convertable,
Hot Pink!
With whale skin hub caps,
And all leather cow interior,
And big brown baby seal eyes for headlights.
YEAH!
And I'm gonna drive around in that baby,
At 115 miles per hour,
Getting one mile per gallon,
Sucking down quarter pounder cheeseburgers from McDonalds in the old-fasioned non-biodegradable styrafoam containers.
And when I'm done sucking down those grease ball burgers,
I'm gonna wipe my mouth in the American flag,
And then I'm gonna toss the styrafoam containers right out the side,
And there ain't a damn thing anybody can do about it,
You know why?
'Cause we got the bombs, that's why.
Two words, Nuclear Feckin' Weapons, OK?
Russia, Germany, Romania,
They can have all the democracy they want.
They can have a big democracy cake,
Walk right through the middle of Tienemen Square,
And it won't make a lick of difference,
Because we got the bombs OK!?
John Wayne's not dead,
He's frozen.
And as soon as we find a cure for cancer, we're gonna thaw out the duke.
And he's gonna be pretty pissed off,
You know why?
Have you ever taken a cold shower?
Well multiply that by 15 million times,
That's how pissed off the duke's gonna be.
I'm gonna get the duke,
And John Cassavetes,
And Lee Marvin
And Sam Peckinpah,
And a case of whiskey,
And drive down to Texas,
And,..."

You know the rest...

and there are bold riders;
But there are no
old, bold riders.
