Well its tuesday again..... Im not holding out much hope for this week.... Did some drinking on the weekend... and the funny thing about drinking is that it lowers your tolerance for hunger..... I ended up snacking at about 1am.... It wasnt too bad type of snacking, no fatty foods or anything (2 stras sandwiches) but add that to the 5 or 6 wines I had had and it cant be a positive move.... But oh well... You are going to get that every now and then right? Add that to the fact that my last weigh in was actually on a thursday not on a tuesday and I will lose two extra days of weight loss.... So... Basically I am not holding out any hope....

On the positive side, I had to go out and buy new jeans because my old ones didnt fit anymore... and my really old ones dont fit yet.... So went to target (no point buying expensive jeans if they arnt going to fit in a few weeks) and I had not dropped 1 size..... also not 2 sizes..... I have dropped 3 sizes in jeans.... Im pretty stoked about that.... So I bought cheapy jeans and they are way more comfy... because they fit LOL.... By my estimation, I will need to go out and buy some more the week of the GP...

That's awesome news buddy, weigh-ins are OK, but the satisfaction in dropping clothes size is awesome.

Its Tuesday!

Not sure how I am doing this week... I drank a bit too much booze this weekend....

But hey!@ what do you do if someone gives you a bottle of the livet?

I did do some walking and watched what I ate, so I am keen to see how I do...
