Hi from another Brissy girl :)

Postby gpxgrl » Tue Jun 20, 2006 9:59 am

Hi to everyone, my name is Bianca and I'm 25 and I get around on a GPX250. I've had my licence for a few weeks now and cannot get enough!!! Since I'm married and have one kid I don't get to ride as much as I want, however I've just put my son in daycare  so I can ride during the week (you've got to have priorities). I'm out riding Mondays and Thursdays when the weather is good and hubby rides his bike if he's not working...soooo if you've got the day off then feel free to contact me, would love to meet other Brissy riders (esp women).

Bit of background; grew up riding 50cc 80cc 185cc and 250cc(used to round up horses on it) so even though I've only had my licence for a little bit I grew up riding thanks to my dad who has never been without a bike his whole life.

So to end this loooong post, in December I'm upgrading to (hopefully) a GPX750 (if I can find one with low km's) so I don't slow down on hills and can do plenty of long rides.

Will be keeping an eye out on any Bris rides in the future, will meet you all then :D
