Z1000 pipes

Yeah im with you, I love the look of the stock pipes, its part of the z1000 styling but i do need more noise, they are far too quiet.

I had forgotten this thread :)

And I've changed my mind since then, my bike still has the standard pipes, but they've been debaffled, and it's quite loud :D

But what a glorious rumble it makes, loving it :)

Hi mate :)

I only saw the last bit of the operation, but the used a bloody big metal pipe, they spot welded it to each baffles and bashed it out..

It seriously sounds bloody awesome now, if i had a way of recording it I would :D Really nice rumble, it got rid of the jerkiness of the throttle and it definetly goes better :D

no chance.. :) cops up here will find any chance to defect our bikes, if they don't get me for the pipes, they would certainly get me for taking that off.. :(
