Gotta love fairings!

Before I had my bike gear I rode through Kinglake to helesville in rain with jeans and it barely got wet. I found also the faster I went the more rain deflected

But they still look great, and make any rider look like sex on a stick..(well on a bike, in this case... ;) :D

Thanks for saying that Anne. At my age, I need all the help I can get in the sexy stakes. :?

Not having ridden a 12 or 9 or 10 for that matter, I can't make any sort of judgement. I rode a friends 05 Fireblade a while back. Not my cup of tea.
Horses for courses I suppose.

The z1000 is just so much fun to ride.
My Wife and I often swap bikes when on a ride. She has a gs500f which is good fun for a while. Getting my bike back is the problem.
I almost have to get on my knees and beg.
