Software Engineer/Team lead.
Yes that means a manager - but one who gets their hands dirty (figuratively anyway ;) )

The official title of my new job at Ten is Supervising Station Engineer. Which means that when everything goes black the MD asks my boss wtf? and he asks me wtf? and I have to rally the other techs and get it sorted, now!
