I was there, hooked up with Lainie momentarily but never saw her or Buck on the ride even thugh I rarely got above 60k. Gotta say, is damn hard to act like a cage without being in a cage... as someone else posted, the split beckons and it beckons LOUDLY :)

Was indeed a good turnout, will forward feedback to the board of the MRA so thay can think about another ride perhaps.

As an aside the date for submissions against this stupid ruling has been extended to Feb 4th primarily as half the nation was on holidays when they tried pushing it thorugh under the rug.

Furthter to that the VACC has weighed into the debate in favour of lanesplitting as well, details avilable at http://tinyurl.com/a8r95 if anyone wants a read.

Thought some may find this submission to the NTC interesting.

It is a submission by VACC (Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce) and is very motorcycle positive.

didn't read through all of that, and it does seem quite motorcycle positive, but i dont like the idea of charging motorcycle owners extra if they chhose to drive somewhere :? bit stupid dont you think, i own a bike, my other half owns a bike and we've just had kids. what the hell are we supposed to do with them when we go out? should we have to fork out extra for parking and extra for mileage because we chose to start a family while being motorcycle riders? bit silly that one, but the rest looks pretty good....

So how'd it go? How many bikes were there?

I'm not going to split or filter today at all, I hope there's a few other riders in SA who are doing the same thing :P

Anyone get any pictures?

No didnt' see it there...parked near the footpath (red ZRX) cause I got there pretty early and milled around looking at bikes in general and in particular for KSRC. Currently plan is enlarged photos from site on wall stalker style with a posting bio under each.

See what happens on the weekend at the island closet. Might have to go for the hamburg, red carnation and the rolled up newspaper until the Ts get delivered.

Took some photos though which I will put up when I get home. :D

Be a pisser if yas are in em.
