* Go see a movie.
* Go fishing (fishing in the rain usually yields good results, fish getting heaps of food from disturbed sediment).
* Hire out a dvd.
* Go pester the locals in chinatown.
* Go see I-max.
* Go somewhere for a coffee with the missus in her lunchbreak.
* Go find new places in town you've never been to
* Go do something touristy (check http://tourism.nsw.gov.au/home/ for details).
* Go take the Manly ferry, and have some fun looking about & have some fish & chips & then a copenhagen icecream, then go to sea world

Or just sit online and whine that your bored shitless.

Nah, im at the new job, actually got stuff to do as i was given a manual to read this morning, beats staring out the window with my thumb up my arse wondering when i'll do anything noteable. Kaw, it was more of a dig at nine9 having a gripe about being bored than anything ;-).

Aside from its raining im happy as i rode the bike in today & she's going *VERY* nicely and it was worth getting a little damp to find this out. She's noticeably better than before i did the jetting i might add :D.

And kids? ah well, my time will come eventually.

Mine (kids) don't need too much looking after these days... just keep handing e'm cash is about it.

I'd be in the garage ... can kill hours in there without any difficulty.

Beer fridge, TV, sound, bikes, tools & benches .... just need a DVD and a lounge.
Just one more law and everyone will be safe.

i sit in my garage with "entertainment" and polish/clean my bike. when the wife n kids go to bed thats where I go.......

last night i took the rear wheel off to get a new tyre - was disgusted by the state of the inside of the swingarm and spen the next hour making it shine.

No matter how good your bike is, walk out into the garage, look at it for a bit and you'll come up with something to either clean, change,buy, or add.

Once you've worked out what it is, get a CD on, make sure you've got sufficent beverages on hand and hey presto your afternoon's looked after.
It's really all about standing around drinking Dave's beer.
