where can i get a gear selection indicator like that??

Those gear indicators are able to be bought from a heap of places,
off the top of my head 52cycle in the states stock them.

don't look like ghost rider. He usually rides GSRX and turboed busas.
From memory i saw a a year or so ago and it was posted as being in italy

guy can ride though.
