Merry Christmas from California

Postby Steph » Fri Dec 23, 2005 1:01 pm

Happy Holidays to everyone at KSRC from our family. We don't usually "jump" in our street clothes but we've chosen to be bit different new_xmas.gif

I live in the OC (Orange County). Tustin Hills to be exact. About 40 miles south of L.A.

Ok, my Dad used to live in West Pico

He said there was a place called Billingsly's on south robertson right by the santa monica freeway - have you been there or do you know if it is still open?

No, I'm not familiar with it. That would be in Los Angeles and I don't get up there very often, mostly because of the crowded freeways. Is it a bar, restaurant?

By the way, the population of the county of Los Angeles is 10 million. I believe that's about half the pop. of all of Australia.

Yes, I think at last count Aus had about 23 million??

Billingslys is an old restaurant more of a steakhouse, very nice place and highly recommended if it still stands.
