Well coming home form a job interview, i notice the 'ol clutch feels funny and isn't springing back..
turns out I have 2 main segments holding it on, the rest have freighed...
So at a guess.. 2 days riding would be my limit of risk..
Had to cut away the freighed bits of cable because they wouldn't let me adjust it at all, and nearly dropped the bike twice trying to test whether it had enough pull... *sighs*
Anyway, anyone have any idea what I'm up for for a new clutch cable???
do i need the entire cable or would I just be buying the core?
Bearing in mind money is tight, and I have to use the bike for commuting.. So if I start the job one night, I have to be able to ride it to work the next day.
