8mm Film........

Hey guys, me ol' mum sent me all my childhood videos..... No... not on DVD... also on to VHS.... Not even Beta........ but on 8mm film.....
Does anyone have a projector I can borrow sothat I can convert it to film?

don't stuff around
lots of places in Melbourne will convert 8mm/16mm film
to video/DVD (your choice)
give 'em all the film..come back in a few days, pay $ and
hey presto.... memories on modern media

I am having that samne problem mate, I had a camera to watch them on but someone borrowed it a few years back and I have never seen it again. I did get them put onto a Vidoe and it really didn't cost that much. I am waiting do do the rest of them now.

I have considered that, but I dont even know what is on these films.... I dont want to pay for films that I cant be bothered changing..... I would like to watch them first....
Besides, all that those places do is play the film and then film it off'f the projector screen....

can't have piccies of Stereo sans nappy being distributed now can we??

Hehe, naah, there is a lot of film, and they charge per roll.... I dont want to pay 20 rolls if only 10 of them are any good....

I think I will keep searching for a second hand projector.... I dont wanna pay a hundred bucks for a weeks hire of a machine that everyone is throwing out....
