Hi forum,
Just a quick intro from a new member.
I'm Chris Roberts from Sydney, riding a recently bought new shiny green ZX6-R, and i have to say, i'm in love with it. can't stop looking at it.
I've just returned to Kwakas after a few years in the wilderness with Honda, but returning to my roots as my first bike was a team green ZXR4.
I'm also fairly new to Sydney and Australia having moved out from the UK. So, always looking for new ride buddies and new routes. (thats routes, not roots - still learing Aussie slang!)
Currently planning a solo Easter tour of NSW inland areas but have no idea other than pointing it over the Bluies and following my nose.
Anyway, looking forward to hopefully catching up with some of you soon.
Cheers
Chris

Hi,
No pics as yet. Due to getting a ban 2 weeks after picking her up. Fortunately a nice magistrate just returned the license but that means i'm stuck at the speed limit over Easter Weekend. thanks for the Hi.

a ban? license ban?
urgh, sounds like that coulda been ugly regardless, bans sound crap.
Double demerits != fun (!= is "not equals"), r.e. going west and following your nose, best suggestion i can give is go from windsor, out towards bells line of road to bathurst, and from there your out in the blue mountains and on to bathurst. Keep goig and you'll hit orange, or some other miscellaneous small town.
Oh and buy a roadmap & a GPS with mapping on it, you'll be sweet

.
p.s. welcome aboard

Thanks for all the welcomes.
Re the ban, nobody told me that cops (we have different names for them in the UK) sit up on Mt White at 9am on Sunday mornings hiding in a bush at the end of the single carriageway and rake in the money. I mean, i did see the 60 signs but its so far from anywhere, i thought 116 was a fair speed (and i was braking).
The magistrate too pity on a poor welshman, and agreed that it didn't look like a 60 zone.
6 points will keep the front wheel down for a while
